Dan may update the site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the site may be out of date at any given time, and Dan is under no obligation to update it. Dan does not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
Accessing the Site
The site is made available free of charge. Dan does not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Dan may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the site without notice. Dan will not be liable to you if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Purchasing
Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse the store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, navigate to ‘Cart’ and you will be asked for details that are required to complete the order.
The site accepts most credit and debit cards and PayPal payments. Once payment has been processed your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email order confirmation.
The site uses a fully PCI-compliant payment processer, offering secure checkout with HTTPS/TLS data encryption, common fraud attack protection and 3D Secure 2 authentication at checkout for EU card payments.
VAT Payment
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT, which will be calculated at checkout for Channel Islands and UK based orders.
Consignments of goods from Guernsey fall under the HMRC Import VAT Accounting Scheme and all VAT is pre-paid at point of postage.
For international orders (those outside the Channel Islands and the UK), due to new legislation, please contact Dan for details of VAT charge handling, prior to ordering. Shipments to Europe and beyond may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
Dan will support his overseas customers at every step to ensure they receive their goods with minimal disruption in a way that both himself and the buyer are fully protected against VAT rules, based on each individual's jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property Rights
Dan is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the site.
